csv compression (zip) format

The AEMO Australian Energy Market Operator compression format supports:

• 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES Advanced Encryption Standard).

• ZIP compression for numerous standard ZIP tools such as, WinZip and WinRAR and so on.

• One csv payload Payload per ZIP file (this is true in the majority of cases but check the relevant AEMO application).

• In most cases the ZIP filename corresponds with the csv Comma Separated Values. A file format for data using commas as delimiters. filename.

• All compressed payloads must have the ZIP extension.
