B2B Self-Accreditation user rights access
Your company's Participant Administrator Creates and maintains access to AEMO systems for their Participant ID users. (PA Participant Administrator. Super-users who manage and perform system administration tasks for their own organisation’s participant users.) grants you permission to use MSATS Market Settlement and Transfer Solutions. The procedures published by AEMO under clause 7.2.8 of the National Electricity Rules, which include those governing the recording of financial responsibility for energy flows at a connection point, the transfer of that responsibility between market participants, and the recording of energy flows at a connection point. Batch Handler Transactions Communication between participant ID folders and AEMO. Each participant ID set of folders has at least two subfolders, \import and \export, with naming relative to the participant ID. and Interactive A right type assigned to a participant user by their participant administrator to access a Web Application or API web applications in the MSATS web portal.

The entity for access to your chosen e-Hub Consists of the API Portal and the API Gateway for both electricity and gas. Interface:
- Batch: Allows the use of the Batch A right type assigned to a participant user by their participant administrator to access a Batch (file) application Transaction See Relevant Rules or Procedures Handlers.
- Interactive: Allows access to the B2B Browser A web interface supporting the creation and management of a defined set of business-to-business transactions and acknowledgements. Optionally used to manage your B2B inbox and outbox. It remains part of the B2B e-Hub services. and Web Services The transfer of aseXML transactions between participant gateways and the AEMO's market systems..
You may also need the following entities to interact with the B2B Responder Using the Responder, participants with appropriate access rights can specify the standard transactions they would like to receive. Participants can also search and track the flow of messages between the Responder and themselves. and other MSATS functionality to complete your accreditation tests:

Access to the last modified or oldest ZIP or ACK in the B2B inbox or outbox folders. |
B2B Hub Dashboard |
Access to the number of files in each state, the action required to move the files to the next state, and who is responsible for performing the next action. |
B2B Protocol and Transforms |
Access to change the B2B Delivery Method or nominate the aseXML sending or receiving schema. |
B2BR Create Transactions |
Access to create transactions in the B2B Responder. |
B2BR Search Transactions |
Access to search own transactions in the B2B Responder. |

Access to search all participant transactions in the B2B Responder. |

Using set participant
Where a Participant User A Participant ID's users created and maintained by the Markets Portal PA in the URM. has rights assigned by more than one participant ID, they choose the participant they represent, using the Set Participant option in the web portal.
