For CR6300 and CR6301, in Victoria only, there is a new BADPARTY objection code allowing the current Metering Coordinator Energy Rules Terms(MC Meter Coordinator; The Role Code used in MSATS for an MC is RP.) to object to a change of Responsible Person (RP Responsible Person. The participant with formal responsibility for the provision, installation and maintenance of a metering installation.) role where the NMI See Relevant Rules or Procedures classification is SMALL.

C = Current The participant can receive files compliant to the current aseXML version. Role The role a company has with a connection point in CATS. A single company can have more than one role associated with a NMI.
